Are your products authentic?
100%, always. We buy through established U.S. wholesale suppliers and distributors, never from marketplaces or unknown resellers, and every product ships sealed in its original packaging.

How do your routines work?
Each routine is a set of products picked to work together, with a simple morning and night guide that shows exactly what goes on when. You pay one set price, and the set costs less than buying each product separately.

Can I swap a product in a set?
Our sets are fixed, so we can’t swap items. You can always build your own routine by adding single products to your bag.
I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?
Our calm and barrier routines are made for sensitive days. Patch test anything new, introduce one new product at a time, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin.
Can I use these products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some products contain retinol or other active ingredients. Please check with your doctor before starting new skincare, and always read each product’s label. Our routine descriptions note when a set includes retinol.
Do I really need sunscreen?
Yes, every single morning 💕 It’s extra important when you use exfoliating acids, retinol or brightening products. Many of our routines include SPF, and the ones that don’t say so right in the description.
Shipping 📦
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.95.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship from California within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. During launches or busy weeks it can take up to 2 business days. We’ll email you tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
What does “Restocking soon” or “Notify me” mean?
That product or set is temporarily sold out. Tap “Notify me” on the product page and we’ll email you when it’s back.
Returns & help 🤍
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Sets need to be returned complete. Please email us with your order number before sending anything back, since every return needs our written approval first. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
So sorry! Email hello@danellabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order starts processing, we can’t guarantee we can cancel it.
